Michael is an experienced therapist who consistently demonstrates his commitment to his clients’ well-being, who have described him as sincere, warm, and compassionate. These traits are well-suited to his therapeutic approach, which is collaborative and empathetic. Michael strives to create a safe and supportive environment for his clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. He believes in deploying innovative and evidence-based techniques to activate each individual’s inherent resources. This approach facilitates positive change and healing, individually and within interpersonal relationships.
Michael has worked with countless couples from diverse backgrounds to repair their relationships. He identifies negative patterns that may be distressing their relationships and helps reconstruct these patterns with more positive interactions. This approach aims to foster an emotional connection between partners.
In addition to helping couples, Michael also provides individual therapy to clients dealing with anxiety, depression, phobias, addiction and traumatic experiences. He skillfully guides his clients towards recovery and helps them manage their struggles healthily and effectively.
