Looking for a fun and interactive way to help your child develop important life skills during the June school holidays? Join our Life Skills Workshop for children ages 9-11! These workshops are designed to teach children essential life skills that they can use throughout their lives.
Facilitated by two of our qualified staff members, we will lead you and your child through a variety of engaging activities and games that will help them develop skills such as communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork. We also focus on developing emotional intelligence and self-awareness, which are critical skills for building healthy relationships and making responsible choices.
When: Monday 12 th June and Monday 19 th June
How long: 3 hours each workshop
Who: Children ages 9 -11, and one accompanying parent per child

You and your child will learn strategies to help develop their self-confidence and discover their strengths.

You and your child will learn how to develop empathy and communication skills, how to form healthy friendships, and navigate social situations.

You and your child will learn how to practice relaxation and mindfulness, how to balance stress and discover how it can be helpful.
Facilitated by Counsellor Seah Lay Kian and Systemic Psychotherapist Evonne Lek.
You and your child will learn strategies to strengthen family relationships and improve communication.
