Guided by a strength-based approach, Eunice has successfully empowered many of her clients to believe in their capabilities to create changes in small, achievable ways, regardless of their challenges. Believing strongly in the uniqueness of each person’s needs, Eunice customises interventions by drawing on different therapeutic approaches within a strength-based lens in a flexible and creative manner.
Eunice has worked in public and private healthcare as well as forensic settings with people who have various mental health conditions, special needs, and forensic histories. Her focus is on improving the mental health and purposeful living of her clients. For ten years, Eunice worked at the Institute of Mental Health with adults, adolescents and their families who have experienced the impact of a wide range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, attention difficulties, psychosis, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, special needs and school refusal.
Now continuing her passion for mental health at Reconnect, Eunice provides therapy for adolescents, adult individuals, school-going children and couples. She also promotes mental wellness through support groups.
